1. Select the HOME view
2. In the SEARCH window, enter "Video Introduction to the new Presagis Customer portal"
3. Press SEARCH
4. Select the INFO article that appears in the search results.
The video provides an overview of the Customer Portal features.
In case anyone else has the same problem, the INFO article doesn't appear in the search results if the search filter is set to Topics (which it appears to default to).
Selecting either All or Solutions filter and the article is visible.
